We seek a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the creation and optimisation of ads on Facebook and TikTok.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Facebook and TikTok.
  • Design engaging ad content tailored for each platform.
  • Analyse performance data and adjust strategies to maximise return on ad spend.
  • Effectively manage ad budgets to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and platform changes on Facebook and TikTok.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing lead generation and e-commerce ads on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and ability to optimise campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Creative thinking for developing compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos.
  • Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, or similar for ad creation.
Favorable but Not Mandatory:
  • Experience with e-commerce and lead gen ads.
