Key Skills and Responsibilities:

As a Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing end-to-end Zoho One solutions, including custom development, API integrations, and Zoho Creator application development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing Zoho One solutions for clients, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho apps.
  • Developing custom applications using Zoho Creator and embedding them into other Zoho apps as per business requirements.
  • Handling API integrations between Zoho applications and third-party apps like payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and property portals.
  • Writing and optimizing Deluge scripts to automate workflows, custom functions, and data processing within Zoho.
  • Customizing and configuring Zoho CRM, dashboards, reports, and automation rules based on client requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining Zoho extensions and integrations using Zoho's REST APIs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Zoho applications and integrations.
  • Working closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct training, and ensure successful deployment of Zoho solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Zoho One implementation across multiple Zoho apps.
  • Strong expertise in API integration within Zoho apps and with third-party applications.
  • Experience with Zoho Creator for building and embedding custom applications.
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting for workflow automation and data manipulation.
  • Understanding of Zoho CRM customization, automation, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and implement efficient solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple Zoho implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Zoho development and API integrations.
  • Experience working with Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow.
  • Prior experience in real estate, finance, or service sector Zoho implementations.
