Job Overview

Holistic Healthcare is a leading provider of home nursing care services, with extensive experience dating back to 2006. We are currently seeking a skilled Nursing Instructor/Tutor to join our team in training caregiving staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and moderate classroom discussions, creating a productive learning environment.
  • Prepare and deliver lectures on caregiving, mental health, and community healthcare practices, ensuring students receive comprehensive education.
  • Develop and distribute course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
  • Evaluate and refine curricula, course content, and teaching methods to optimize student outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Nurse Instructor or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to teach and mentor fresh employees.
  • Ability to collaborate with various healthcare professionals and patients.
