We are a UK-headquartered organization with a dedicated support centre in Lahore, Pakistan. Our dynamic team in Lahore consists of 40 members, and we are poised for further expansion.

Job Description:

This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a difference in education and support learners through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and email correspondence. You will not be delivering lessons directly but will be instrumental in providing academic support and guidance. Exceptional performers will have opportunities to progress into tutorial roles with enhanced responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Academic Support: Assist learners with their queries and concerns through various channels, including email and VLE.
  • Guidance and Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to learners, helping them achieve their goals.
  • Tutorial Roles: Progress into tutorial roles with enhanced responsibilities and compensation for exceptional performers.

Additional Information:

Candidates selected for this role will undergo an on-site assessment followed by an interview at our Lahore office. A teaching background is preferred but not essential. Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
