Senior Technologist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our technology endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise and strong leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement cutting-edge application architectures that meet project requirements.
- Oversee the timely execution of projects and ensure delivery of high-quality work products.
- Develop detailed specifications and design documents for client projects.
- Mentor and manage developers assigned to projects.
- Serve as a senior technical resource for client projects.
- Contribute to business development through proposal generation activities.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices.
- Prior experience as a technical lead or similar role with oversight of application design/development.
- Expertise in designing/developing custom solutions using enterprise technology stacks such as .NET.
- Familiarity with RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle) including proficiency in writing complex SQL.
- Experience with web services, particularly REST.
- A working understanding of UML and Agile Modeling.
- Experience with agile software engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, unit testing, TDD, and refactoring.
- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented design methodology and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
