Cloud Sales Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Cloud Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion within your assigned portfolio of corporate clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice and tailored solutions to help our clients improve their business performance by leveraging our Cloud and IT offerings. You will foster long-term, meaningful relationships with clients, focusing on engagement, upselling, retention, and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver customized Cloud and IT solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within your portfolio of clients.
  • Drive revenue growth within your tagged companies, including complaint handling, after-sales support, and acquiring new accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships within your portfolio to facilitate ongoing revenue growth and new product sales.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control, Finance, and Product Teams to ensure seamless delivery of Cloud and IT solutions.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of emerging technologies such as digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware, and IoT.
  • Proven sales experience in the Enterprise sector, specifically with Cloud and IT products.
  • Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and tech companies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Business.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into high-level solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the corporate market segment.
  • Expertise in portfolio management and client relationship building.
