As a Cloud Sales Consultant, you will provide expert advice and tailored solutions to corporate clients. Your role involves fostering long-term relationships with clients, focusing on engagement, upselling, retention, and satisfaction.

This position reports directly to the Regional Manager, overseeing a region-wide team of Cloud Business professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver customized cloud and IT solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets, focusing on driving growth within your portfolio.
  • Build and nurture relationships within your portfolio to facilitate ongoing revenue growth and new product sales.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as B2B Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control, Finance, and Product Teams.
Key Deliverables:
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for Cloud Sales, Retention, and Portfolio Management.

You will leverage your expertise in emerging technologies like digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware, and IoT to deliver high-value solutions to clients.

Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to drive business results.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Cloud Sales Consultant, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Proven sales experience in the Enterprise sector, specifically with cloud and IT products.
  • Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and tech companies.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Business.
