Product Management Opportunity

Alethea AI Labs is hiring a Product Manager to drive the roadmap for one of our flagship AI dApps, translating vision into features that delight users and achieve product-market fit.

As a strategic thinker passionate about shaping AI-powered products, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features in a fast-paced environment.

  • Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics in alignment with leadership.
  • Write clear PRDs and user stories, managing an outcome-driven backlog.
  • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros with Design, Engineering, and QA.
  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive signals to inform roadmap.
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives with Marketing & Community teams.
  • Continuously monitor adoption, gather feedback, and iterate for product-market fit.

About The Role

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the Project Management and Information Technology department. We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years as a Product Manager shipping B2C or platform products.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and A/B testing.
  • Strong technical literacy (APIs, microservices, smart contracts basics).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Web3 or token-economics experience.
  • Background in AI/ML products or developer platforms.
  • Familiarity with UX research and design thinking.
