As an SDR at Edge, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, helping them understand how our AI-powered solutions can revolutionize their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and potential business opportunities.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline by scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential customer pain points.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account executives, marketing, and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document all interactions and lead activities in the CRM system.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as an SDR in the medical coding and billing industry.
  • Passion for AI, technology, and ability to communicate its value to businesses.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to sales, with ability to handle rejection and persist in outreach.
  • Experience using sales engagement tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
