Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team as an Insurance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing insurance programs, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive insurance strategies to minimize risks and maximize returns.
  • Evaluate and negotiate insurance policies with various providers to ensure optimal coverage and pricing.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Finance, Insurance, or Risk Management from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in the utilities industry.
  • Professional qualifications such as Dip CII, ARM, or CPCU are preferred.
