Join our team as an Email Marketing Specialist and take the lead in shaping strategic email campaigns that drive engagement, build customer loyalty, and strengthen our digital presence. This is a remote position where you'll play a key role in marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and execute email campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals by crafting compelling content and creating visually engaging email designs tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using email analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with the team to align messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date with the latest email marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends to deliver exceptional results.
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing email campaigns.
  • They should also be familiar with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar, possess strong writing and editing skills with a knack for creating engaging content, and demonstrate detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset.
