Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the mechanical maintenance of our spinning preparation machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Analyze machine performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor in a similar industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Rieter preparatory machines, including troubleshooting and quality control.
Work Environment
  • Rieter Blow Room lines with Unifloc, Uniclean, Unimix, and Uniflex.
  • Rieter Cards C51 & C70.
  • Rieter Lap former E32 and Combers E65 & E80.
  • Rieter Draw frames SB D40, SB D45, and RSB D40.
  • Rieter Roving F15 & F16.
  • Graf card room accessories.
