Preparation Machines Maintenance Specialist

As a highly skilled maintenance expert, you will supervise mechanical maintenance and ensure the optimal performance of all preparation machines. Your expertise in mechanical maintenance and ability to lead and train others make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on blow room, carding, draw frames, unilap, comber, and roving machines, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and meet manufacturer instructions.
- Monitor the mechanical condition, safety switches, and performance of machines; identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maintain optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logbooks, machine history, and checklists, to ensure seamless continuity and minimize downtime.
- Implement and execute maintenance plans on time, focusing on continuous improvement to maintain machines in top condition and prevent potential issues.
- Respond quickly to mechanical failures with minimal downtime, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
- Manage spare parts inventory and place purchase requests in a timely manner to avoid downtime, maintaining essential spares in stock and optimizing equipment availability.
- Lead and train maintenance technicians, allocate daily, shift, and emergency works, ensuring proper storage and handling of tools, spares, and lubricants.
