Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our mechanical maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of preparation machines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the production team to identify maintenance requirements and develop schedules.
  • Oversee a team of mechanics to perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Implement improvements to machine efficiency and availability to meet production targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a maintenance manager in a spinning mill environment.
  • Technical skills: Experience with Rieter preparatory machines, card wire mounting, end milling, grinding, and card service room tasks.
