Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing directly with customers through various channels, including telephone, electronic communication, and face-to-face interactions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills. They will be able to respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner, and provide clear and concise feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Customer Service Manager will also be tasked with monitoring clients' various university, visa, and other processes, and leading and managing the processing department to improve and enhance current processes.

Key Responsibilities:
