We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Customer Support Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer expectations and handling complex inquiries and complaints.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and updating customer service policies and procedures, as well as analyzing key management information to see how well customers are being served.
In this role, you will also be responsible for helping to recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews of new staff members.
To be successful in this position, you will need 2-4 years of managerial experience in a highly dynamic environment, along with a high conversational level in communication (English). Team building and result-oriented skills are also essential.
