About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our Commercial Data team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify project KPIs, secure stakeholder sign-offs, and establish success metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and tools to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing and resolving issues proactively.
  • Manage project resources and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
  • Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience working within commercial teams and with commercial tools like Salesforce.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of reporting capabilities will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
