
Multidisciplinary Contract Specialist

Job Summary:
Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts for a multinational technology organization. Ensure compliance with legal standards, mitigate risks and support strategic objectives by developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enhancing operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drafting & Reviewing: Prepare and review various contracts (vendor, service, non-disclosure agreement, employment etc.) with precision and alignment to legal requirements.
- Negotiation & Risk Management: Negotiate terms to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to common law, English law and relevant frameworks. Stay updated on legal changes.
- Process Improvement: Establish review systems, create SOPs and maintain contract repositories.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external counsel to meet operational needs.
- Advisory & Training: Provide legal advice and conduct training on contract processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Laws or equivalent; professional legal qualification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in contract drafting/review; 2+ years in a senior legal role in multinational or technology industries.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of contract and commercial law; familiarity with data privacy, employment laws and IT regulations; proficiency in contract management software and MS Office; exceptional attention to detail, negotiation and communication skills.
