Field Telecom Operations Manager

As a strategic player in the field of telecom operations, you will be responsible for driving excellence by maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) such as mean time to repair (MTTR), mean time to troubleshoot (MTTP), customer happiness index (CHI), and installation quality. Your goal will be to increase first fix rates (FF base) while reducing complaints through effective issue resolution.
In this role, you will oversee timely execution of maintenance projects to improve operational KPIs for both copper and fiber networks. Additionally, you will ensure high-quality installations while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and eliminating pending issues. You will also identify and implement preventive maintenance strategies for copper and fiber networks to enhance customer satisfaction.
Apart from these responsibilities, you will be accountable for accurate mapping of network infrastructure and promoting health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance to minimize accidents and injuries among field workers and vendors.
