Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Telecom Specialist. The Telecom Specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems. Responsibilities will also include ensuring communication systems are functioning properly, providing customer service, and collaborating with team members to resolve technical issues. The role demands a proactive and hands-on approach to manage and optimize telecom operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Telecommunications or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
