Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecom Specialist (US Timings) located in Lahore. The Telecom Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining telecommunications systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication channels. Key tasks include configuring and upgrading telecommunications systems, providing excellent customer service, and resolving technical problems promptly. The Telecom Specialist will work closely with incoming customer queries and other team members to support and optimize the company's telecommunication infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience with Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Telecommunications, Engineering, or Information Technology
  • Relevant certifications and experience in the telecom industry are a plus
