We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive new business growth and expand our client base.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients within target industries and stay informed about trends and developments in the Call Center/Business Process Outsourcing industry.
- Generate high-quality leads via platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, CrunchBase, Apollo, etc.
- Nurture leads through personalized communication and follow-up.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients and prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing client inquiries.
- Identify and proactively address client needs with suitable solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or client acquisition within outsourcing call centers.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
