Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending job offers.
- Coordinate and support employee onboarding initiatives, encompassing orientation sessions and document processing.
- Liaise between employees and management to address employee concerns, conflicts, or grievances in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
- Monitor employee progress in training and development initiatives.
- Promptly process payroll with accuracy.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
- E nsure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Support the performance appraisal process, assist in setting objectives, and maintain records of employee evaluations.
- Implement employee recognition and reward programs.
- Prepare HR-related reports, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and training statistics.
- Analyze trends and present data to senior management to enhance HR strategies.
- Organize employee engagement activities like events, team-building exercises, and surveys.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management regarding employee satisfaction and ways to improve morale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Two to three years of relevant professional experience in academia will be preferred.
