The ideal candidate for this role will possess a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our recruitment, learning and development, and employee performance programs.
Job Overview:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Executive and take on the responsibility of designing compensation and benefits packages that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Design Compensation and Benefits Packages: Develop comprehensive packages that incentivize employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.
- Implement Performance Review Procedures: Establish a fair and transparent evaluation process that includes quarterly/annual reviews and 360° evaluations.
- Develop HR Policies: Create policies that promote a positive work environment and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement Effective Sourcing and Interviewing Techniques: Utilize various strategies to attract top talent and conduct thorough interviews to find the best fit for the company.
- Assess Training Needs: Identify areas where employees require training and development and coordinate initiatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage Employee Grievances: Handle conflicts and issues promptly and fairly to maintain a positive work environment.
- Create Referral Bonus Programs: Develop incentives that encourage employees to refer qualified candidates.
- Measure Employee Retention and Turnover Rates: Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve retention and reduce turnover.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the HR department to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Executive or Assistant Manager
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
