We are currently seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our recruitment process. As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and personnel documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Support payroll, compliance, and performance evaluation processes to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving workplace issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters at all times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in BPO or IT, is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts in an onsite role is preferred.
