">We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Laboratory Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in laboratory science.
">About the Role:
">This one-year traineeship program provides a comprehensive training experience in various laboratory disciplines, including Blood Bank, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Histopathology, Microbiology, Molecular Pathology, and Outreach Labs.
">As a Laboratory Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in laboratory testing and procedures.
">Responsibilities:

- Participate in classroom lectures and bench-side training to learn about laboratory testing and procedures;">
- Assist in laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of experienced professionals;">
- Maintain accurate records and reports on laboratory tests and results;">
- Work collaboratively with other laboratory staff to achieve common goals and objectives;">
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with new technologies and techniques.">
Requirements:

- A 4-year Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from an accredited institution;">
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above; ">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;">
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts.">
