Job Title: Product Marketing Associate

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Product Marketing Associate. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for connecting our products with our markets to delight customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a thought leader by deeply understanding customer needs and how our product addresses them
  • Lead digital, social media, and content marketing strategies
  • Master one of our three products, including segmentation and competitive landscape analysis
  • Create sales and partner enablement tools
  • Define product messaging and positioning
  • Launch new features and capabilities, providing cross-functional leadership
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success to influence product roadmaps
  • Execute campaigns, webinars, and create customer stories and videos with our content team
Requirements:
  • Approximately 2 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company
  • 2-4 years of experience in a software company (for associate level)
  • Proven experience with digital products in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior in the IT sector
  • Excellent writing skills, able to clearly convey product value and provide work samples
  • Research skills to uncover deeper insights beyond surface information
  • Curiosity, question-asking, and a growth mindset
