  • Show respect and empathy towards patients' wishes, needs, and lifestyles at all times.
  • Address any difficulties with senior nursing staff.
  • Leverage information systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Report any concerns or incidents to registered nurses immediately.
  • Awareness of patients' and families' emotional support needs.
