We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to oversee the full life cycle of drop shipping, including business development, product listing and inventory management, order processing, record keeping, and customer relations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of virtual assistants to ensure on-time order processing, coordinating with suppliers, and updating customers with tracking numbers.

They will also be responsible for supervising VAs to ensure all orders are properly processed and dispatched according to instructions from end customers.

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and filter out products based on eligibility, availability, demand, sales volume, and profitability.
  • Maintain detailed records in excel format with ASIN and 3rd party product code for reference.
  • Determine sales targets strategically and coordinate with suppliers on new product launches, seasonal products, forecasts, and demand planning.
  1. Product Listing and Inventory Management:
  • List product(s) on Amazon based on competitor analysis, price analysis, shipping time, inventory, buy box, and sales expectation.
