As a Python Developer, you'll be part of our growing engineering team and work with cutting-edge technologies like machine learning, deep learning, and agent-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement scalable backend services in Python to support conversational agents and real-time inference systems.
  2. Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain to train, fine-tune, and serve models.
  3. Develop pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and model training/deployment using cloud-native tools.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and DevOps to design, build, and optimize AI solutions.
  5. Deploy models using AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure, ensuring robustness, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A strong command of Python and experience in building production-grade systems.
  2. Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, or generative AI.
  3. Experience working with AI agent frameworks or autonomous reasoning systems is a major plus.
  4. Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a strong advantage.
