Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective employee onboarding and orientation plans.
  • Collaborate with managers to screen candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Support line managers in organizing events and activities for employees.
  • Contribute to performance management processes and market-competitive compensation plans.
  • Update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job descriptions in a timely manner.
  • Process and document all employee onboarding and exit formalities efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and management.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
