As a leader in the industrial automation business unit, you will be responsible for driving growth and development through strategic partnerships and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of channel sales and channels management, with a focus on Industrial Automation PLC's and Drives.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of professionals in the industrial automation business unit.
  • Developing and executing strategies to expand Channel Partner business in Automation, Drives, and SCADA systems.
  • Providing accurate financial projections and managing performance metrics for the Business Unit.
  • Monitoring the opportunity portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to support country Channel Partners in entering new markets.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering).
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation.
  • Prior knowledge of Schneider Electric Automation products is advantageous.
  • Field experience or process control expertise can be beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
