Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a growth strategy that balances financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Customer Acquisition: Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to promote our products/services.
  • Sales Enablement: Prepare sales contracts in accordance with established laws and guidelines.
  • Account Management: Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Talent Development: Mentor entry-level staff to become valuable salespeople.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record as a business development manager, sales executive, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience working on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, People per hour, etc.).
  • Experience in customer support is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Effective time management and planning skills.
  • A degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field (BCS/MBA).
