Business Analyst Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting comprehensive features and products within an agile environment.

  • Lead the analysis of requirements to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Develop advanced communication and persuasion skills to facilitate timely consensus among stakeholders involved in product development.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to achieve business objectives within the designated operational area or domain.
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and solutions within the product domain, with potential impacts on other areas.
  • Mentor and train fellow Business Analysts to execute tasks within their respective domains effectively.
  • Generate creative solutions focusing on cost-effectiveness, usability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze complex data to identify trends and patterns.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  5. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analysis role, leading end-to-end requirements management throughout the project development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of business processes and systems.
  • Expertise in:
    • Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Applications.
    • Business Process Modeling.
    • Wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Snagit).
