Accounting Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely US Individual and Business Tax Returns by conducting thorough research and analysis of financial data.
  • Deliver exceptional professional services to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of tax and accounting processes.
  • Utilize cloud-based software for efficient management of tax and accounting tasks.
  • Support ongoing process improvements initiatives to streamline existing procedures through automation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations and maintain accurate records of all tax-related transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • ACCA/CA qualified or partially qualified.
  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal English.
  • High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy in communication.
