Seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system. This critical role involves ensuring alignment with ISO standards, driving compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and enhance our quality policies and procedures to guarantee conformity with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage certification, surveillance, and recertification audits to maintain our ISO certifications.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to bridge gaps in our Quality Management System and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Review audit findings and customer complaints, and lead corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Cultivate collaboration among cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and promote a culture of quality.
  • Maintain updated knowledge on ISO standards and adapt our system accordingly.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in quality assurance, auditing, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
