Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
  • Analyze complex codebases to identify areas for improvement in both functionality and performance.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for both new and existing features.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved to ensure issues are adequately addressed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and other stakeholders) to understand project objectives and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and processes that align with organizational standards and best practices.
Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in an intermediate or senior QA role.
  • Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience working with large and complex codebases, with the ability to read and understand source code.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience participating in Agile teams.
  • QA who has blockchain based project experience and a managerial skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years.
