We are looking for an experienced Asst. Marketing & Sales Manager, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level.

Job Description

Prominent tasks include:

  1. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  2. Uncovering the needs of other companies and understanding who makes decisions about purchasing
  3. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  4. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  5. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

The role also entails selling products and/or services, including:

  1. Preparing presentations and sales displays
  2. Informing clients about new developments in the company's products
  3. Developing quotes and proposals
  4. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  5. Setting sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  6. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Maintaining healthy relationships with clients requires:

  1. Socialising through simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences
  2. Providing regular feedback and updates to upper management
