About This Role

This is a night shift position that may require working in morning and evening shifts based on changing business needs.

The Client Operations team provides client support for our business intelligence tool by holding investigative conversations and driving product usage and revenue.

You will work with a truly global team and have the opportunity to learn industry knowledge, produce research, and develop technical skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients and answer their queries while showcasing your extensive knowledge of our tools and data.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and other mediums.
  • Suggest improvements to product usability, presentation, and data quality.
  • Partner with product teams for timely and thorough testing of products.
  • Exercise independent judgment during UAT and develop test plans.
  • Collaborate with senior associates on projects to improve subject matter expertise.
  • Guide clients through template-building processes.
  • Support senior associates with research and analysis tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
  • Succinct communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong financial knowledge or global economy understanding.
  • Proficient ability to navigate common computer programs.
