Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers. This position involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to monitor and report on service performance, and to implement strategies for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments based on client needs and staff availability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, client interactions, and service outcomes
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor service progress and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle client complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Prepare and distribute service reports and documentation as required
  • Assist in developing and implementing service procedures and policies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in BCS, BS IT, BSC
  • 3+ years of experience in service coordination or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Reporting
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence

Physical Demands:
  • The Service Coordinator may be required to sit for extended periods of time
