Job Overview

This full-time position is open for a technical support specialist to provide assistance and training for various Insignia products. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of library management systems and technical support principles.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely phone and email support to troubleshoot user issues, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer experience.
  2. Recommend product enhancements to improve the overall product quality and functionality.
  3. Conduct quality control and bug testing of new releases to guarantee seamless performance and stability.
  4. Engage in research projects to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with the product development team through research and documentation to drive innovation and improvement.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledgebase cases and release notes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or three years' diploma in IT.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical support or library management system.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a focus on library management systems and technical support software.
Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent, full-time position with a night shift schedule (9 hours, with 1 hour lunch break).
  • Remote work from home is allowed, requiring stable high-speed internet access.
  • The selected candidate must commit fully to this role and not have any other part-time or full-time job.
