We are seeking a talented Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software documentation, particularly in ERP and CRM systems.

This role requires collaboration with software developers, product managers, QA engineers, and support teams to translate complex concepts into accessible and accurate content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality documentation including user manuals, training guides, release notes, system configuration documents, API references, and FAQs.
  • Translate technical concepts into simple language for non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand software functionality and changes.
  • Develop onboarding documentation and user training materials.
  • Organize and manage document repositories for version control and easy access.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing content to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
  • Contribute to the UI/UX improvement process by identifying documentation-related usability gaps.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting across all documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a technical writer in a software development environment, preferably for ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience using documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience documenting modern frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM modules such as procurement, sales, finance, HR, or inventory.
  • Basic understanding of database structures and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of tools like Git, Trello.
  • Understanding of multilingual documentation requirements.
