Job Description

A seasoned data professional is sought to lead the development of our company's data platform. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data architecture.

The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud database technologies. They will be responsible for designing scalable and robust data models, analyzing business requirements, and leading a team of data engineers in the development of data pipelines and architectures.

In addition to technical expertise, strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and drive project goals is crucial.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in computer science, electronics, or software engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience in data modeling for data warehouse and analytics applications.
  • Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical model design, as well as enterprise data warehousing and data marts.
  • Strong understanding of cloud database technologies, such as GCP, Redshift, Aurora, and DynamoDB.
  • Experience working with data governance, quality, and security teams.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and optimize data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with popular data discovery, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
