Freelance Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development expert to cultivate new business opportunities through Upwork sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong client relationships via Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Proactively identify and pursue high-value project opportunities, delivering winning proposals that meet clients' needs.
- Develop tailored growth strategies for Upwork bidding, maximizing conversions and driving revenue expansion.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Marketing/IT.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding & client acquisition (sales/account management a plus).
- Strong understanding of IT services, including Web, Mobile Apps, Design, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation and convincing power to close deals.
- Flexible remote work arrangement.
