Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Operations Specialist to oversee our company's recruiting, learning, and development programs for employees' performance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating referral programs and managing our hiring processes from start to finish.
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in the Human Resource Department, particularly in recruitment and employee development.
This is a strategic position that requires making decisions to hire, develop, and retain qualified employees.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruitment Strategy: Develop job descriptions, post ads on various channels, and identify candidates.
- Recruitment Process: Assist with candidate identification, issue employment contracts, and conduct background checks.
- Payroll Management: Oversee the organization's payroll system.
- HR Records: Maintain digital and electronic records of employees, perform orientations, and update new staff records.
- Benefit Administration: Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- HR Compliance: Ensure Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Hiring Support: Respond to internal and external queries on hiring processes.
- Training Coordination: Organize training sessions and seminars for employees.
- Reporting: Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience as an HR Assistant (required).
- Key Skills: Effective HR administration, people management skills, and full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and make informed decisions.
- Technical Skills: Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
