">We are seeking a Senior Business Growth Specialist to lead our efforts in generating and nurturing leads from various platforms like Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies targeting the US market, leveraging industry knowledge and competitive analysis.
- Identify and target high-value prospects in IT staff augmentation and digital marketing sectors through platforms like LinkedIn and Apollo.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified leads using multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email marketing and personalized approaches.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, addressing concerns promptly, and maximizing client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling, customized proposals and presentations aligned with client objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements while safeguarding the company's financial goals and value propositions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the digital marketing and IT staffing.
- Provide actionable insights to inform marketing and operational strategies, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry changes.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Leverage CRM tools to monitor lead conversions, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement in outreach efforts.
- Partner with marketing, delivery, and operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and consistent delivery of services to clients.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align business development initiatives with overall company goals and growth strategies.
Required Experience and Qualifications
">- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within IT staff augmentation and/or digital marketing industries.
- A proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies targeting US-based clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market gaps and position the company effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence decision-makers across various industries.
- Adept at creating persuasive proposals and delivering impactful presentations tailored to client needs.
