Emergency Medicine Team Lead

Job Description
A key requirement for this position is a good clinical knowledge of emergency medicine. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional benefits are provided to those with valid certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a quality team of medical and nursing staff.
- Ensure high-quality care service delivery in the Accident & Emergency department.
- Supervise and direct medical officers/senior medical officers on clinical issues regarding patient care.
- Make timely decisions in crisis situations and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with the Accident & Emergency management, especially during night shifts.
- Report important and urgent clinical issues to the Accident & Emergency clinical head.
- Liaise with medical and non-medical staff within and outside the department.
- Implement administrative and clinical policies and SOPs.
- Provide medical support to team members for quick patient management.
- Document patient medical information accurately in HIMS.
- Ensure proper handover of patients at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a professional and polite doctor-patient approach at all times.

- Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.
