Business Development Head

We are a leading organization based in Karachi with over 20 years of experience in the construction of high-rise buildings/apartments. We are seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead our Business Development function for current and future projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and identify new opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
  • MBA in marketing or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to changing market conditions.
