The role of an Assistant Manager Accounts And Documentation is a key position within our organization.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the management of accounts and documentation, generating quotes for customers, following up on payments, maintaining tax return filing records, and sending emails to customers and suppliers.
This involves ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date, as well as providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
In addition to these core duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for managing supplier relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Requirements- Accounting skills: Excellent knowledge of financial principles, practices, and procedures.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English writing, reading, and speaking.
- Administrative skills: Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
