About Our Marketing Role

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and generating leads for our business.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. This role requires the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our online presence, including website and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content related to kitchen renovations and our services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns to target potential customers and generate leads.
  • Manage and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven adjustments for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred), minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
